Discharge of Charge / Receipt & Re-Assignment

When a mortgage (property loan) is fully paid, the purchaser will be required to remove the bank’s name from the Title/Grant in order to have a ‘clean title’ under the his name ensuring a smooth conclusion towards the property financing.
